1. Your TV must have ARC, OPT, or AUX ports.
2. Must specifically be labeled ARC. Not HDMI 1,2, or just HDMI.
If not, you can't use HDMI connection.
3. It's not plug-and-play. You need to adjust TV settings.
4. Must choose right connection on your TV (e.g., ARC, OPT, or BT).
5. Must set your TV's audio output format to PCM mode.
6. Don't recommend SYNC by IR code. Use ARC connection to control soundbar by TV remote.
7. Remote Battery Not Included.
